Two 12 kW lasers with 2,000 × 4,000 mm beds: cutting is the first step of everything we make, from one-off parts to series.
The fibre laser delivers high speeds on thin and medium sheet and excellent cutting of reflective materials such as stainless steel and aluminium. The CO₂ laser keeps its strengths on thick steel, with a consistent edge quality. Having both lets us assign each part to the best-suited machine and secure lead times during peak loads.
Cutting programs are prepared in-house from your 2D or 3D drawings. Nesting optimises material use, and cut parts go straight to bending, welding or assembly in the same factory: no intermediate transport, no break in traceability.
Most of our cut parts are then bent, welded, shot-blasted and painted in our factory. You can entrust us with simple blank cutting or a complete welded assembly, delivered painted and ready to fit.
