Your parts leave our factory finished: shot-blasted, painted or passivated, without going through an outside subcontractor.

Powder coating applies a layer of powder cured in an oven, thicker and more durable than liquid paint. Our 7.5-metre oven processes chassis and structures in a single curing cycle.
After welding, stainless steel locally loses its natural protection. Passivation, carried out in a dedicated room, restores the passive layer and the corrosion resistance of stainless steel parts.
