Welded assemblies built to drawing
Since 2002, ACL23 has been manufacturing welded assemblies and sub-assemblies for machine builders and industrial companies: chassis, frames, structures, housings. Cutting, forming, welding and machining are all carried out under one roof, reducing lead times and the risk of deviations between steps.
Forming and finishing operations
Plate rolling up to 2 metres, bending, drilling and tapping complement cutting and press brake work. Machining lets us finish bores and bearing surfaces after welding, to guarantee the functional dimensions of your parts.
Large dimensions
A 6,500 m² factory, a 15 × 3 metre welding table and overhead cranes up to 10 tonnes allow us to handle heavy, bulky assemblies, from fabrication to shipping.
Typical parts
- Special machinery frames
- Chassis and structures
- Hoppers, housings, ducts
- Assemblies for waste and water treatment
