The factory
ACL23 — Atelier Chaudronnerie Laser — manufactures parts and assemblies in steel, stainless steel and aluminium for industry. Every step is carried out in our factory, from cutting to shipping.

Laser cutting
Two lasers with 2,000 × 4,000 mm beds: 12 kW fibre and 12 kW CO₂. Cutting of steel up to 40 mm thick, stainless steel and aluminium.

Press brake bending
Two LVD press brakes: 125 tonnes over 3 metres and 320 tonnes over 4 metres, with real-time angle correction.

Welding
Manual welding in all processes — MIG/MAG, pulsed, TIG — by qualified welders, plus three robotic welding cells.

Fabrication & machining
Plate rolling up to 2 metres, bending, drilling, tapping and 5-axis machining. A 15 × 3 m welding table for large assemblies.

Surface treatment
A 10 m shot-blasting booth, powder coating with a 7.5 m curing oven, and a dedicated passivation room for stainless steel.

Assembly & inspection

History
Twenty-four years
of craft.
- 2002
ACL23 is founded in La Souterraine (Creuse) by Dominique Goustille, focusing on laser cutting and sheet metal forming.
- 2018
Needing more space, ACL23 leaves the Creuse and moves to Fromental, into a 6,500 m² factory.
- 2026
ACL23 joins the Malige Industries group, chaired by Gaultier Malige, and starts its ISO 9001 certification process.

Group
Malige Industries
Founded in 2022 by Gaultier Malige, Malige Industries is a family-owned group of around 80 people in the Creuse and Haute-Vienne departments, active in industry, construction and joinery. ACL23 is the group's factory: it manufactures for its own customers and for the group's other companies.
