Manual and robotic welding

Qualified welders for one-off and complex parts, three welding robots for repeatable series: we choose the process to suit the part, not the other way round.

Manual welding in all processes

Our qualified welders master MIG/MAG, pulsed MIG and TIG on steel, stainless steel and aluminium. They work on prototypes, one-off parts and large assemblies, built on a 15 × 3 metre welding table to guarantee geometry.

Robotic welding for series

Three robotic welding cells, with tables up to 5 metres, handle repetitive parts: chassis, arms, sub-assemblies. Clamping fixtures are designed and built in-house. The result: regular weld beads, controlled cycle times and identical quality from the first part to the last.

Preparing welds at the design stage

Our engineering office steps in early: bevels, gaps, assembly sequence and torch access are taken into account from cutting and bending onwards. A well-prepared part is a part that welds quickly and well.

Typical parts

  • Welded chassis and frames
  • Arms, hitches, load-bearing structures
  • Housings and tanks
  • Sub-assemblies in series

FAQ

Welding : your questions.

Which welding processes do you use?

MIG/MAG, pulsed MIG and TIG for manual welding, plus robotic MIG welding, spot welding and stud welding.

From what quantity is robotic welding worthwhile?

It depends on the part and the fixture. Our engineering office will recommend the most cost-effective solution when quoting.

How large a part can you weld?

Robotic tables accept parts up to 5 metres; for manual welding, our welding table measures 15 × 3 metres.
