Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to respond to your request and, where applicable, to prepare a quotation. Processing is based on your consent, given when submitting the form.
Recipients
Data is sent by email only to the ACL23 teams concerned by your request. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties. Emails are delivered by our service provider Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris), whose servers are located in the European Union.
Retention period
Correspondence is kept for a maximum of three years after the last contact, unless a business relationship is ongoing.
Job applications
Data sent through the application form (identity, contact details, message, CV and cover letter) is used solely to review your application. It is accessible only to the people in charge of recruitment and kept for a maximum of two years after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it.
