Founded in 2022 by Gaultier Malige, the group brings together skilled SMEs, taken over with their teams, in the Creuse and Haute-Vienne departments. ACL23 is its factory.

Each company keeps its name, teams and customers. The group provides management, financing, support functions and a shared industrial strategy: the companies share customers, purchasing and manufacturing capacity. Within the Industry division, A2C works on customers' industrial sites (installation, maintenance, piping), while ACL23 manufactures in its factory, from cutting to series production.
The group's four colours represent its trades. Each company keeps its identity, expertise and teams, and benefits from the strength of a wider group.
