Sheet metal bending up to 320 tonnes over 4 metres
Two CNC LVD press brakes to form your parts accurately, from small batches of thin sheet to long, thick parts.
Consistent angle accuracy
Angle correction measures and adjusts each bend as the beam comes down. It compensates for material variations from one batch to another and guarantees consistent angles across the whole series, without rework.
Linked with cutting and welding
Blanks come straight from the lasers and move on to the welding stations. Bending sequences are prepared by our engineering office at the start of production, so parts fit together without adjustment.

What is the maximum bending length?

Do you bend stainless steel and aluminium?
Yes, as well as steel. Tooling and radii are adapted to each material.
